All firearms must be sent to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 Business Days of the time the order is completely processed.

Firearm orders cannot be processed until we receive FFL Transfer’s Information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have the dealer e-mail the FFL information. (ffl@ctsarms.com)

Picking Up An Item

If you intend to pick up an item that you have ordered, please allow 24 business hours before pickup.

We charge sales tax (6.35%) if you pick an order up.

If you are not a legal resident of Arizona you CANNOT pick up a handgun; you must have the gun transferred to a dealer in your state of residence.

You CAN pick up a rifle or shotgun if it is legal to own in your state of residence.
