We want to be as convenient and helpful to our customers as possible by helping you transfer firearms purchased or being shipped from out of state.
We can also ship your firearms anywhere in the United States.
WE DO NOT SHIP FIREARMS TO CALIFORNIA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, CONNECTICUT, HAWAII OR MARYLAND.
By law, anytime a firearm is shipped between states, that firearm must first be received by an FFL.
(An FFL is a Federal Firearm License.)
The FFL is then required to do a background check upon the receiver, to guarantee compliance with federal regulations.

Provide sellers email so we can email our FFL.

Seller ships firearm to CTS Arms.
Step 4
CTS contacts the buyer once firearm is received.
Complete ATF Form 4473 In Person at our location. Pay Transfer Fee. * Buyer takes ownership .

*FFL TRANSFER FEES:
$20 for first gun
$10 per additional gun during same visit.
Multiple guns picked up over multiple visits will incur the standard $20 fee each.
PLEASE NOTE: We stock a modest inventory of firearms. We are competitive in our pricing If we don’t have something in stock that you are looking for, there is a good chance we can order it for you (new firearms only).
